How do I order products?

Will the devices integrate with my data logger or building management system?
Standard outputs are Form A digital, 100 ohm series resistance, and will direct connect to the digital input section of most all loggers and monitoring systems. Low speed counting configurations are recommended, with 18 ga, shielded, grounded cables for wire runs over 30 feet of length.
How far can I locate the meter from my host logging device?
Distances of up to 2500′ are acceptable with twisted, shielded cable of at least 18 ga.
Can I install devices on utility meters?
If meters are owned by a utility, the utility or its representatives installs devices.
Does the device obscure the index reading on the meter?
All devices are designed to prevent restriction to the visibility of the meter’s reading index.
Do products have state or federal approvals?
RegistRead devices are approved by Measurement Canada, #AG-0347; State of New York #10-G-0301, and the State of California # 5580-08.
PulsePoint devices are approved by Measurement Canada, #AG 0515.

Are devices safe for meters in classified hazardous locations?
What is the product warranty?
The product is warranted against operational defects for 2-10 years from the customer’s date of purchase, depending on the type of product. Manufacturer liability is limited to replacement of returned defective units. Modifications, including modifications such as connectors, are not warranted.
How are devices considered “sustainably manufactured”?
Packaging materials are recycled materials or recyclable as much as possible. Continuous improvements for sustainability are influenced by ISSST and ISIE symposiums and international standards and recommendations.
How have products been designed to decrease toxicity?
